Whether you're a faculty member planning a group program or a student exploring on your own, getting started is simple. Our team is here to walk you through every step.

Choose Your Path

For Faculty

Thinking about taking your students abroad? Or maybe your department wants to offer an international experience but you're not sure where to begin. Either way, here's how the process works:

  1. 1

    Get in touch

Tell us about your discipline, where you'd like to go, how many students, and when. You don't need a finished plan. We'll help you shape it.

  2. 2

    We put together a proposal

Itinerary, professional sites, housing, meals, transportation, cultural activities, and costs. Most proposals are ready in about a week.

  3. 3

    Your students get ready

We hold a pre-departure orientation for your group 3 to 6 weeks before you travel.

  4. 4

    Your program comes to life

You travel with your students, and our local team takes care of everything on the ground.
